Aaaaaand now I'm hooked on reprocessing old data with new tools and techniques. Here's the Eagle Nebula in "natural" colors and Hubble pallet. Not sure about the Hubble pallet processing though yet. That workflow still needs some work and probably won't ever be quite right since I'm converting to that from a color camera image.

The difference in quality between these images and ~10 years ago when I first shot them isn't really obvious on a mobile screen but it's very clear on a larger screen. They are so much sharper. Better contrast and lower noise. Ugh, now I'm wanting a big boy astro rig again. Sign... Rabbit hole.
